I am glad I ordered these!  I was so tired of writing things down, whether it be for my checkbook, my kids' papers, forms I had to fill out, or writing things down in my notebook, with your average, ordinary, black or blue pens. 

I hated the fact that the cheap ones sometimes would blot on certain letters.  Being left-handed, that can cause smearing and ruining whatever you were writing on - not to mention a colorful side of your left hand!  

With these, there is a variety of colors to choose from, that you will feel like if you pick one and it's your favorite, that the other pens will actually feel neglected!  Luckily, I have 2 teenagers, who love to use them for whenever they get in the creative mood!  

With summertime here, that creative time won't be boring anymore when it comes to these pens!  I just hope I can find more paper around the house, cause I am curious to see what all of them will look like on paper!

 
We all happen to enjoy the vibrant colors as well - it is more than just rainbow colors, it's almost every color you can think of at the top of your head, and some you never realized existed!  

The carrying case makes it easy to store on an art shelf, bookcase, or display them in your workspace, desk, or home office!

I absolutely love this inverted umbrella!!

Double Layer Inverted Umbrella*

What drew me to this umbrella was the fact that this didn't look like your average, ordinary umbrella.  I am used to the ones you see for sale at drug stores or shopping centers that don't have the hook on the end and are made out of the flimsiest material.  I really like the fact that it isn't a standard umbrella, that it can open upside down while you are opening your vehicle door, as to not get rain/snow/sleet etc, on you, and possibly inside you vehicle. 

It didn't rain here for me to try it out, so our son used our spray nozzle on our garden hose while I attempted to get out of our truck.  I opened the door, and opened the umbrella, in it's upside down opening technique! It was easy to function, and lock into place.  It has a wide coverage, so you can fit 2 average size people, maybe 3 underneath.

I also find the butterfly pattern a nice touch to go with the yellow/black pattern!  I am keeping this item in my vehicle for future use!  Maybe not right now with our present weather, but you never know when you will hit bad weather!

External Battery Power Bank*

What gathered my interest in this item was the fact that I always get tired of losing USB adapters and usually never a place to plug it into once I have the adapter and cord.  With my family of 4, we all have a cell phone and lose charges and different times, depending on the usage we all do on our phones.  

It has a 1.0 Amp, and a 2.4 Amp port, plus a slot on the side to charged the power bank itself!  You can charge 2 things at once, and we have already used it on several occasions and have only had to recharge it once so far, (had it about a week now!)  

There is a power indicator which lets you know when it is full charged, 100%, as well as 75%, 50%, and 25%.  There is also a flashlight with 4 modes of brightness, the 1st one being VERY bright!!  It does have some heft to it, but I prefer that, cause if it were flimsy, it wouldn't be sturdy, so to speak

You can charge the device itself by using the USB cord it comes, plug it into the side of the device, and either use your computer or a USB adapter to charge it.  It takes some time for it to charge, but you have to realize, it does alot of work for its' convenience, so by all means let it charge.

Bright, Vibrant Colored Pencils with a unique grip!

I was interested in this because I have to artists in the house, my 2 teenagers, one that's into anything Anime, and one into everything else.  What drawn me to them, no pun intended, was their grip design.  Each pencil has a soft triangle shape, to make for an easier and to not have the pencil slide around in your hand so much.  Not that it matters, but, my son and I being left-handed, it didn’t leave a smear mark on our hand, which tends to happen when you have to rub your hand across your work.  So in layman’s terms, no smear on hand, no smear on paper.

 

The colors, I was expecting to be ordinary, and to be honest, bland.  The colors are vibrant, even the primary colors and others that would seem dull, were bright and eye appealing.  For teenagers, that is a huge plus, because they can be easily distracted by others.  The container in comes in reminds me of the “Pick up Stix” tube back in the day.  It makes it easier to carry around, and less space to occupy if you want to keep them on a workstation or desk/table.

Well, to start off with, I had a total different image in my head of what this product was going to look like, until I saw the product in person.  It is about 6 inches long and weighs roughly 4 ounces.    It definitely is travel size!  For the female, you can put in your purse/handbag, and for the men, I am not to sure, cause I don’t know if they would put it in a  lunchbox, briefcase, or backpack.  Plus, if you are traveling, you can put it into your luggage. 

The massager has two speeds, low and high vibrations. 11,000 rpm worth of pleasure is delivered straight to your desired spot when switched on "High"  The flexible Silicon Head pivots in all directions to allow you to target any sore spot directly.  When fully charged, it can provide 70 minutes of use.  The USB cable is conveniently provided so you can quickly recharge your massager while working on your laptop computer or tablet. However, if you can also choose to charge from a wall outlet by connecting the USB cable to a cell phone charger.

My personal experience with this item was put to use when I had a bad headache, and not to mention a crick in the back of my neck.  I used the low setting to go across my temples for a few minutes, and my headache didn’t completely go away, but it diminished it significantly.   I didn’t want to use the “high” setting on my head, but next time, I believe I will. 

The crick in my neck, I used the “high” setting.  I went in a clockwise motion for a couple minutes, then counter-clockwise for a couple more.  I was surprised that in that small amount of time, my neck wasn’t as tight anymore and my headache was down even more!

I like this product and will be taking it when I go on vacation(s) in the future, as well as home use!

Okay, to start out, I really do like this scrub.  For some reason, I like the feel of the tiny granules rubbing against my face, but in a gentle fashion - it IS A SCRUB, so of course there is going to be some texture to this to slough off the dead skin to make room for the new layer underneath.  

At the same time, the other ingredients, such as the Shea Butter and Vitamin E, protects the most sensitive of skin, which is what I have. I earned my fine lines in this face, but this product is going to do it's best and take them away!  I certainly hope so - I haven't had this item but more than a few days now, but I can tell something is working, because my face gets that "glowy-tingly" feeling when I am done. 

It is evening out my skin tone, which is a welcome sight, cause my face can sure use it (curse this combo skin).  Not to mention, no matter how old I am, I still happen to get acne, and this has minimized their appearance.

When I saw this item for review, I knew I had to have it! I am 39 years old, which I know to alot of people, that really isn't the age to be using Age-Defying Cream and have to worry about anti-aging. I refuse to wear sunglasses, and when I do wear them, I still squint! My face, mainly around the eyes, is starting to show the lines and the tiny bags under the eyes. My skin is also very dry and patchy to begin with, so as you can imagine, that makes for a pretty interesting combination!

I received the cream and immediately went into my bathroom, opened up the container, applied a very small amount and applied it to my entire face, focusing though around the eyes and mouth corners! The cream has a nice feel to it, not greasy like some facial creams out there! It has a neutral smell, which is to be expected - not a bad smell, though! I like the fact that it has aloe as one of it's ingredients, which helps to dimish the lines in the face! The algae ingredient will help in adding back the vitamins and minerals as well!

I have only used this cream for the past 4 days, but I can feel like this is going to work, because my skin color is starting to even out and I see a slight change in the lines in my face! I am hoping with future use, I will see a more significant change!

Loving my "Little Green Men!"

I'll admit to it -these little things can pack a punch.  When I first got them, I was wondering on how these 2 "little green men" were going to be handy in the kitchen!  As you can tell by my posted picture above, it looks like the are either hanging over the edge or getting ready to dive into my bowl of baked beans!

They are about 1/2 the size of your average credit/debit card, and looks like they are always prepared to do the 50-yard dash when you set them on "face down" on the counter.  Plus, I didn't realize how sturdy these little guys were until I went to test them out on my phone, which is an HTC Desire 526, as a prop-up.  For this, you put the "men" on their backs and cradle the phone in their laps, but make sure to use both men. I also read in the product description that they can be used also be used as chopstick holders.  I do not own any, but for those of you out there that have them, feel free to use these guys to do get the job done and not lay your sticks right on the table/counter.

Here is a brief description of what they are and how they work:

- Simply pop under a saucepan lid to help prevent pans boiling over.

The only thing I wish is that there was more than 2 of them that came! I absolutely love this new kitchen necessity!

Premium Pet Nail Clippers!!

When my dogs, a Belgian Malinois and a chihuahua, first saw me take them out of the package, they looked traumatic, almost as if they had flashbacks of when I attempted to clip their nails in the past. I have used others that have either snagged or has caught on their claw and almost, at one point, seemed to yank on it to where they snipped at me, causing more pain to them.

It did take some effort and motivation to get them to come over to my husband, but once we swaddled them and talked to them while he was doing their first paw, they didn't need to be swaddled or talked to anymore! They actually let us do all of their paws and didn't mind the filing of their dew claws! What was funny was at the end of everything, my husband put the safety latch on the handle back on, and sat them down on the floor. Our chihuahua walked over to them, sniffed them, and then gave them a quick lick! I think that was his way of saying "thank you for not hurting me!"

Thank you for making a product that didn't traumatize my dogs and actually made them want to finish after their 1st paw! Looking forward to more products from Furpect in the future!!

Cosy House Sheet Set - (Twin)

Well, to start, the packaging was just as shown in the display, right down to the shiny, gold tassel attached to the zipper pull. Our son was the only twin size bed in the house, so he was the one that got to have the sheets! Let's just say, I liked them as soon as he put them on his bed. The deep sides on the fitted sheet fit perfectly when you have a pillow-top mattress - no pulling up or coming off from the sides at all!  

The microfiber was amazingly soft and not crispy feeling, like on regular sheets. He loved them, and had absolutely no qualms falling asleep and staying asleep, (mind you, he is 16!) He didn't sweat like he would on "normal" sheets, or get the bottom sheet bunched up as he would normally toss and turn! All and all, these sheets are a winner with our house! Looking forward to buying more in the future!!

Pillow arrived in it's small blue "tube",  and at first, I'll admit, I was a bit skeptical! However, after opening up the shrink wrap the pillow came in, it became to form into the wonderful pillow my family loves now. It doesn't lose it's shape, and it is perfect for taking on the road or for putting on the couch or bed for a quick nap, or if you wanted too, take it to bed with you and use it as your main pillow.

I was surprised by how soft the pillow was, given it's size, and it now goes from room to room, depending on who can get a hold of it first. I am usually a light sleeper, but with this, I get immediately comfortable, and their is no folding or adjusting of pillow for me or my family! This was a great purchase, and am glad that I was able to test it for others!

To start, it came in it's own tote bag, which I feel is very convenient! They have little plastic protectors on the prongs of the skewers, as a safety precaution, which is always beneficial, especially if you have little ones, or you happen to be somewhat clumsy. The colors make it easy to identify which one belongs to whom, to avoid confusion.

We used them today to make hot dogs, because we don't really have a place to roast marshmallows yet, not until we go camping. We extended them and stuck the hot dogs on them and put them on the grill, as see in the picture(s). It also makes it easy to flip the food over without going near the heat. The food didn't slide off and was easy to clean. All in all, they are great necessity for grilling dogs - when it comes down to roasting marshmallows, I will update this post!
