I have been attempting to get in the fitness mode forever
now, cause I need to take on a healthy lifestyle, and I thought "hey, you
should attempt yoga!" Well, I saw
this mat available, so, I ordered it. I
loved the box it arrived in (had to turn it vertical to get it inside my front
door!) My husband wondered why it came
with a "shoestring" when he saw the mat. I had to demonstrate that you loop each end
of the mat and it turns into a quick and convenient handle to tote around.
When I rolled it out, I didn't realize how much space it
covers! I like the thickness of the mat
and the sturdiness of the non-stick padding when on thin carpeting (such as
Berber), and shag carpeting. I took it
to the gym into the workout room (Berber), and the mat didn't slip at all. When you sit/lay/pose on it, the mat is very
forgiving and is somewhat "spongy".
This puts the mats at the gym that are available to shame - they are
thin, little blue mats that look about as big as a bathmat! If you want extra coverage, reliability,
comfort, and economical, try this mat out!
