I have been taking this product for a week now, and from what I can tell, I have had more energy and my appetite has indeed suppressed. I was a little skeptic at first, cause it is, after all, a weight-loss medicine. I have had side effects from taking others, even while as directed, and usually had the jitters or an overall uneasy feeling.
On day 1, I started taking 2 capsules 30 minutes before breakfast, and that was all. Day 2, I took 2 before breakfast, then 2 before dinner, and by day 3, I took 2 before each meal. The first day, I'll admit, I was a bit uneasy, but it was something new to my system, and I feel that my body was just somehow adapting to the medicine. From Day 2 on, I no longer had these feelings, and actually felt somewhat of an energy boost around the ones I took around lunchtime. I did learn that you shouldn't really take it if you plan on going to bed 4 hours after you eat. I was somewhat restless on day 2, but after adapting to the time difference, I began eating dinner about an hour earlier, and I haven't had any trouble since.
I don't really have an exercise regimen, but I do keep myself busy, being a homemaker and having daily activities or chores. I do recommend these pills, but please, everyone is different, so know your limits and pace yourself! Your body will tell you if it is working or not!
