When I was earning my Medical Assistant Certificate a couple of years ago, I noticed a lot of the women in my class and around campus, wearing what appeared to be just sleeves under their scrub tops. I found out that they were just that: sleeves. I wondered why someone would wear them. I knew of one of them that used them to hide an arm tattoo they had, while still being in uniform.
What I like about this set is the fact that they arrive in a variety of colors, so as to match or coordinate with whatever you planned on wearing that day. They are breathable and feel somewhat cool, but oddly at the same time, keep your arms warm.
I also like that they can hide the fact that you just want to wear a short sleeve top and can put a pair of sleeves on if weather changes. They are also meant to use for if you want to exercise outdoors and you don’t want to expose your arms, but still keep the cool/warm feel!
They go on snug, but not tight. If they weren’t snug, then they would slide right off. There is a small elastic band on the upper and lower opening, as not to slide.
They are also soft and comfortable and don’t scratch the skin. I also like the fact that they are machine washable. I have worn a couple of pairs already, and sometimes I put them on for now reason, other than to give the appearance of making my arms look thin!
